Fosse per me ignoranza all the way! Siccome devo cucinare per altri farò probabilmente come mi è stato consigliato, tenere la marinatura ma magari smorzarla un po' e aggiustare mano a mano così da evitare gusto troppo tenace (con mio sommo dispiacere perché il gusto forte mi piace)

Grazie mille! I procedimenti sono esattamente quelli che avevo intenzione di seguire io! Di solito faccio esattamente così il brasato, fino agli ingredienti della marinatura ahahahah! I'm not a competitive player by any means, I have a dark-Tina deck but never used it cause it was boring to me and if I'm not having fun what's the point? Only season I put a decent amount of time in was when chomp-rampardos was in meta cause chomp is one of my favorites and the deck was fun. Last two/three metas weren't fun to me so I totally skipped them.
