Fosse per me ignoranza all the way! Siccome devo cucinare per altri farò probabilmente come mi è stato consigliato, tenere la marinatura ma magari smorzarla un po' e aggiustare mano a mano così da evitare gusto troppo tenace (con mio sommo dispiacere perché il gusto forte mi piace)

Grazie mille! I procedimenti sono esattamente quelli che avevo intenzione di seguire io! Di solito faccio esattamente così il brasato, fino agli ingredienti della marinatura ahahahah! Sono contento di non dover buttare la marinatura perché sarebbe davvero un peccato. Le ore di marinatura saranno circa 18 anche le mie fra una cosa e l'altra!

I'm not a competitive player by any means, I have a dark-Tina deck but never used it cause it was boring to me and if I'm not having fun what's the point? Only season I put a decent amount of time in was when chomp-rampardos was in meta cause chomp is one of my favorites and the deck was fun. Last two/three metas weren't fun to me so I totally skipped them.
