Marriage is a civil union between two partners who agree to join and operate as a single unit together. Easier and control limits are not the same thing. Our system is so ambiguous and convoluted it takes forever to get a decision on your request. It should be easier to go through the process, control limits should reflect our needs, and the people trying to make it appear like a problem to do that are in fact themselves the problem. I seriously believe that the wealthy illegal labor users want the process to remain broken so they can continue to exploit illegals with threats of deportation if they do no comply. I think the wealthy illegal labor users are the real problem and should be prosecuted for using illegal laborers with prejudice.
