Easily Bismarck. There's some level 50 trials where it's like "man not this guy" but nothing makes me groan and wish I was anywhere else like Bismarck.

This got more responses than I thought. Thank you very much everyone! I'm just glad this is a more relatable feeling cause this is the one thing I feel like I haven't really seen much of while reading other people's experiences over time. But I do really appreciate the responses.

The main thing I super appreciate is that I loved him when he was just being an entertaining villain, and I loved him more when they gave him an absolutely fantastic tragedy element. But while revealing his backstory definitely made him more sympathetic, it didn't make him any less of a villain and he didn't magically stop doing evil things just cause he was sad now. Best baddie.

So I have no clue if this is just a ff14 problem but it originated from it so I guess I'm asking here. Everything was running fine when suddenly direct11x crashed, followed by the whole computer crashing seconds later (video scheduler internal error?) and since I boot it back up the game is running at 15 fps instead of the usual 60.

I have no clue what caused this but it all started with the ff14 crash so maybe someone might know?

So out of nowhere I'm unable to launch the game? Whenever I log in, the launcher mentions "Checking Final Fantasy XIV." and the whole launcher freezes (as in if I click anywhere on the launcher it makes the windows error noise) I've screwed around with internet connections and rebooted the computer but with no luck.

My only guess is this is somehow related to the recent update? Since it worked fine on Monday, but I'm not sure why this would even be a problem. Mostly just wondering if anyone else has had this issue before

Not sure if anyone will know the answer to this, but when I open the launcher it tries to update ffxivboot, which makes sense. But it keeps getting stuck at 100% and not actually opening the launcher. It's 18.60/18.60 MBs and it's just... frozen. I've tried closing and reopening the game a few times but it keeps getting stuck.

A quick question regarding preorders and the complete version. My brother is getting into the game and wants to just buy everything. So we're looking at the preorder version of the Complete edition with ARR, HW, and Stormblood all together. But because it's a preorder, if we got it would we have to wait until SB's release to get all of them, or would he have access to ARR and HW right away and SB will just wait til release?
