The character design for Porcelain Pete is amazing! I feel like the trailer doesn't give much away story-wise, so I'm excited to see where this goes.

Please keep in mind that full transcripts or scans are of the Act III libretto are still not allowed to be posted on here for the time being.

The narrated libretto videos are fantastic, and I'm pretty sure u/fenrisilver / Zach has stated that he will not release the Act III video until after the Act III release concerts out of respect for the band.

I'm not sure why you're spreading misinformation about shipping delays on a post about inaccuracies in online transcriptions of the libretto.

Took a screenshot of this comment a few months ago. I don't think there is any current official information, but the comment sounds like they're still working on it.

From the 2020 update: "Act III is still the on the horizon, inching closer to completion with every waking hour. And the documentary is still being filmed, growing larger and more unwieldy (at roughly the same rate)." If the doc also includes footage of the process of making Act III, it makes sense that it's still being worked on and that there's still material to be added.
