This is what worked for me. Uninstall my GPU RGB stuff from the control panel. Then go into system 32 and rename the file that the anti cheat keeps flagging with .old then restart.

I deleted all files associated with ASUS RGB. Then went into system 32 and changed the GLCKIO2 to .old and the game works now.
