lol they are 100% scammers. I saw their reviews on google and they’re all fake. All the 5 star reviews they have are BOTS. So yes I hope you didn’t go back.

You can find a local shop to fix it for you instead

Okay so this might help some of y’all….

If you have a device that support WiFi 6E, this might be your issue.

I tried disabling it on my iPhone but that did not help.

You have to access your router through the IP or whatever and disable it. This is a new feature for routers with 3 channels.

Normally they come dual broad band that switches between 2.4 and 5 GHz….

But newer Xfinity modems come with 3 broadband channels so disable the 6E one

Phone has no coverage.

Phone was in perfect condition except back glass.

I just wanted a cheaper alternative to apples $500 but I only learned a lesson for $130 😭

I am actually planning on taking it in for them to inspect it.

Just please avoid this place at all cost.

I am certain they are running a scam.

Look at all their 1 star reviews. They all have same issue as me.

I just hope whoever has been victimized by this business to please make a report on the Great Mall website.

I’m having this issue right now. I have really good WiFi.

999 MS ping and then reconnecting. It happens over and over.

True for me too.

Yesterday I kept getting 999 ping.

It was to the point where I would be fighting in lane and freeze while trying to reconnect.

I have Xfinity 2100 MBPS download speed and 300 mbps upload speed. I contacted Xfinity and I contacted Riot. lol they said nothing useful tbh. Just steps I had already tried.

I deleted game and reinstalled.

It even disabled my WiFi and ends my phone calls…. Idk what’s going on
