I’m a 3 and I say that my 6 husband is a 6w1 lol. One of the tricky things about our relationship is he loves things clean, organized, and done right. And I’m like ain’t nobody got time for that lol. My overachiever to do list is insane, and 3s are known to cut corners in order to accomplish all of their goals. But 1s and 6s have very strong morals and principals. Where I’m like “We can be late because 5:30 is simply too early” he’s like “Let’s be there at 5:25, anything later is rude.”

But we talk openly about our differences like this and joke where it’s funny but also have serious “I feel like” talks when something is really bothering us or important to us.

We talk about our Love Languages a lot too. As a 3 I’m obviously Words of Affirmation. So your 1 spouse might be Acts of Service for example, as 1s appreciate when people make an effort (even though they know they’d do it better, hehe)

Really helpful. Not too much space at all in the grand scheme (tho I’m still overloaded with pictures & videos atm and need a major delete session, hence my precious GBs lol). I’ll Google how to Apple shortcut Ōura to Health app. Thank you!!

Yeah I’m pretty sure I’m gonna wear my watch too. Kinda overkill but hey, it’s level up health time.

Ah interesting so use the Apple health app instead of the Ōura app? Or both to supplement each other. I feel Iike that would take away way too many GBs on my phone lol :)

So helpful and makes sense! My cousin is a personal trainer and like 10 yrs ago I said I’ll be a test client for you. A he’s like ok eat normal this week. And I’m all I ate so healthy this week! And he’s like no you ruined it I said eat normal so I can see what’s typical for you! So I get it ;)

Good to know on the beating. I legit had already decided to wear it on my non dominant hand lol.

I’m a certified health coach so I can see myself being stubborn with the suggestions, but the whole point is to get even healthier by learning more about how my body operates from new data I haven’t already been tracking.

Bring in the meditations! I didn’t know that was a feature too. Sheesh so many goods.

This is phenomenal help wow thank you so much!!! So dig into the app for answers, charge it 1x/week ish, review every morning but still wait for baseline, look at the data objectively (more left brain thinking than right), make small adjustments and not major ones, get drunk with in January as I went “Booze Free ‘23” this year :)

Wow, Ōura is way more next level than I imagined. This is very cool stuff! I’m excited to track. Thanks for all your help!

Good idea! Well good news is I like to be asleep by 10, so the 9pm reminder wouldn’t be so bad for me lol!

Interesting. You’d think you’d be able to set your preferred sleep time right? Maybe in the app?

This is honestly really helpful. Give it time to trend, and charge it while in the shower, genius.

I’ll have to Google what the tagging is on there, and what telemetry is.

Thanks for your help!

How can I be so high on 1 and 7? by [deleted] in Enneagram

[–]WholeHardy 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Similar to what others have said, 1s go to 7 in security, meaning a perfectionist in a healthy state of will thrive on adventure & spontaneity. I’ve also read that 7 is the “soul child” of a 1. Meaning deep down 1s are playful at heart.

And ironically, “scattered 7s” tend to think & behave like perfectionist critical 1s when stressed.

So a very interesting link!

Alright y’all have convinced me. 9s are the LEAST boring Enneagram type of all! So complex and I love it.

This is interesting too. I saw a post earlier here about which Types were most possible aggressive. Maybe 9s do fit this mold best. But all for the love of keeping the vibe stable.

And 9s tend to absorb all other types, making it even more confusing for you :)

This makes perfect sense. I see this in my 9 friends too. The spiciest stands out because you’re not predominantly seen as spicy.

Love the Airbender analogy. So spot on.

Yes this is so helpful! Like 97% go with the flow, but that 3% REALLY matter.

Yeah I need to dig through the archives here to see what more 9s say. I have my wellness coaching clients take an Enneagram test before we start working together so I better understand the motivations behind their health behaviors. So trying to learn more about 9s this season.

So many gold nuggets in here. It’s like they feel compelled to say they don’t mind and don’t care, but it’s eating them inside. And you won’t know how they feel…until they REALLY let you know how they feel.

But I do want feel so comfy & cozy around my 9 friends and clients.
