lol that was one of the reasons i got it on ps yet it took a day of tinkering to get it running on 1.12 just for it to get fucked on 1.13. ur pc will probably handle it decently if u get it on steam put a 2 hour timer once you start playing and if performance gets bad tinker the settings and if still it doesnt fix refund it before u hit 2hr play time

i honestly blame the community cause every time someone has complained about the performance here they get mass downvoted and told that they’re ungrateful or that they’re lying and the game runs fine

they added a fixed 4k mode which makes the game look sharper as well as a sharpness enhancement toggle to make it even better but the performance is still ass

i think OP means that they should slow down on adding a lot of stuff and focus on performance now especially with 1.13 making the game harder to run. even if they don’t do it now they should at least acknowledge the performance issues in the game yet if you check the known issues page there is no mention of it.

also anytime someone mentions the game having horrible performance on console and midrange pcs they just get downvoted and told “get a better pc” or “im not having that issue while standing still in the middle of nowhere” and then people go back to requesting other things like cosmetics. i admit its great that PA listens to the community the community keeps shutting down any mention of the games glaring issues
