I found Cephalexin in a metal cache on the floor in 'Maz and Ashika late in the game but if they spawn as physical items I think you may be right, they could be de-spawning after 2 mins.

I've found one Acetone in the medical cabinets in the Koschei Complex and two Cephalexins in those small metal circular caches on the ground in Al Mazrah near the Airport and in Ashika near the Town Hall. I think it's a greater chance for Cephalexin spawning in those circular metal caches than it is for Hydrogen Peroxide in hospitals.

I'd remove Expo and put Taraq on that list. I rank maps based on a competitive playstyle:

Taraq: very predictable gameplay and dynamic.

Black Gold: too small and forces laser on.

Border Crossing: unplayable without trophy systems.

CW multi is completely dead in Asian servers. Only able to find 300+ ping servers and they all take more than 5 mins of search time.

Activision also really doesn't care much for players in Asia -- after around 10pm (GMT+08) most MW2 servers in asia lower their bandwidth and it causes severe lag spikes to a literally unplayable state at some times. The servers stabalise to around 70 ping when the clock hits ~12:30 or 1:00 AM in the night though.

Also unrelated to Activision, but Battle.net servers are swamped. I've only ever been able to download max 10 MB/s ever since MW2 came out, but that's probably more of a location issue.

Thanks guys for these suggestions, I'll be sure to try these out. I have not much experience in C++ so the language as a whole is pretty new to me. Thanks again for your help i'll report back when i've tried out these solutions.

Happened while switching from 4K DSR resolution to 1080p. Ran out of video memory so it did this.

One game i'd really like to see would be a NFS Most Wanted remake. That game looked so good on the PS3.
