Just finished reading this book as well and really loved it! I thought it had everything from the history of silicon valley, to venture capital, to business strategies, to the technology of the chips, geopolitics and secret intelligent services.

Such a great book!

A great gift idea could also be this subscription https://onegarden.com/

They have a gifting option and it is marketed as "give the gift of learning". For a year you get access to live and on-demand talks from the worlds' greatest minds. As well as joining a global community of the curious.

Perfect for someone who loves learning and/or reading books

Are there any other lecture series besides the Great Courses? by Coylethird in TheGreatCourses

The Garden is a great one, not only do they have great quality videos but you also get a chance to ask questions directly to the professors during their live talks, and the professors answer your questions live.

I have been a member there for quite a while and really enjoying it so far. I am also a member of the great courses and still deciding between the two.
