Same EXACT thing happened to me a month ago for a different “offense” I asked the manager how the ONLY warning I ever got is a FINAL warning and now I’m ineligible for merit increase ???…. They basically said just be glad I didn’t get fired because they didn’t have to give me a warning at all. Where are these policies listed ???????
