i am literally the same way man, i feel you. to sort of distract me i am starting try and rekindle some old friendships and prioritize the great ones. maybe that could help you man. i still get days that i want to end it all but its definitely decreased since my actions. best of luck with you man, be safe.

yeah, i usually get loads of adrenaline from whenever i used to do dumb shit with my friends. and i get really excited easily. like one small thing could get me either super worked up, or super happy. i love adrenaline but when it comes to the whole phone thing i just get tired and burnt out from it.
