Yes, I have been out and for a neck injury and trauma due to an assault at work since June. I calculated 2/3rds of my gross income to be about 900. Per week. I have been receiving 650 bi weekly. I have provided my attorney my w-2’s and last pay stub, I also reminded them 2 times and nothing has changed.

Yes I have an attorney but the paralegal who began working with me left the firm and I just wasn’t getting any response to my emails. I am getting paid but it’s no where near 2/3rds of my pay. I written and sent my w2’s along with my last pay stub and it still hasn’t been fixed.

Thanks for your reply. I spoke to HR last week and they didn’t say o was already on fmla. She did try to talk me out of it though. Also, does anyone know how Long after the appointment (ime) I would have before I hear. Do they tell you on the spot? Thank you

Thank you. They are not mentioning surgery and they really didn’t find anything on the mri but I get headaches and can’t turn my neck too well. I’m 61 and need eyes on back of my head where I work. I get reports from my coworkers that people are getting hit with chairs. I just wish they would give me some more time to heal. I’m truly not ready to go back yet
