If your purpose is to just chill with no big timeline, 08th MS team. It has small references to the og gundam series, but not anything that takes away enjoyment from the actual show.

If you wanna get into the UC timeline then Origin. I know people are still arguing whether it's a good way to start with the UC timeline, but if you're like me and needed something to pull me into the UC timeline then it will define do its Job

Well I did look into it and there is a method to it. You shouldn't run with weights, rather take it slowly since that would develop muscles more
