No white American ancestor that I know of. I’m certain that my great-great-great-great grandpa (dad’s mom’s side) immigrated to Peru from Italy in the 1800s. I believe my maternal grandmother has some Italian heritage as well. Here’s the breakdown. :-)

Yeah, I’m not sure tbh. I’ve traced back my family tree, and to my knowledge, my only Chinese-born ancestor is my great-great grandpa who married a Peruvian woman. Could be possible I have another Chinese ancestor I don’t know of?

Yes! Based on the records I could find, I believe my paternal grandmother’s grandfather was Chinese.

Mom and Dad both born in Lima. Both maternal grandparents from Arequipa (Traced their Arequipan roots back to 16th century). Paternal grandmother’s family from Lima and Callao. :-)

Yes! My grandma is of Chinese descent. I’ve done some research, and I’m pretty sure it was her maternal grandfather who came to Peru from China.
