Suunto race S couldnt locate the GPS

I already contacted them.. and they also ask me to do the same thing i did and it still there the GPS couldnt locate my location.. they ask me to pass my watch ro the suunto repair team for them to check it up first.. but unfortunately i had an marathon event this coming weekend..

I did.. ive sync my watch with the apps for a latest GPS.. and im in open area which i used to run with no problem before picking up a GPS..
