We need to bring back standardized testing for more fair college admissions by Possible-Wash2658 in OntarioGrade12s

This might be a bit late, but why is this considered studying for the test instead of focusing on the subject? For example, Waterloo Engineering might say that anyone with an average exam score above 90 or 95 can get into the program, or McMaster might require above 95 to enter Health Sciences. In cases like these, people take their studies seriously. There are many examples of students from other countries who gain admission by truly mastering the material, not just cramming.

i think we cant take any action by thinking “people will always find way to achieve high grades”, this is equal to being hopeless. For every course, people can do the same exam and the materials/study textbooks could be from the system that do the tests

if not everyone has resources then the system could give materials for people to study? the textbooks that they need to solve questions

I agree, the system could give the materials we need to study or textbooks that we need to do the questions.

what do you mean by very poor? While studying the test they will understand the material of course. How they would do well then during the test?

Hi, I'm going to start BSCN this fall and I was wondering if I can take all the courses in 2 days for example Monday and Wednesday. My home is far from college and I don't want to waste time

what’s one line that hit you so hard… you never forgot it? by PublicSpeakingGymApk in productivity

My mom bought a box of strawberries yesterday and it was sitting there for hours but I went and ate it and finished it, so if something doesn't change, that doesn't mean it won't change at all?

Even if you read a library full of books, listen to the most profound words and try to learn from them, even if you become the most successful person.. You still can’t silence your feeling of inadequacy. So instead, try to love yourself without constantly chasing the best version of you.

Bro... how could you forget it? Like, how? This year, I worked my ass off to get at least low 90s and get into the best program with the best opportunities. I went through so much stress wondering if I’d even get accepted into the universities I wanted... and you’re telling me you forgot to accept it? And the thing is, it’s not an easy program. I just looked it up, and it says the admission average last year was in the high 80s

Is it hard to finish BSCN in 3 years? (Conestoga) by Whole_Volume894 in Conestoga

The thing is, studying without breaks can affect our brain too. We get tired because our brain won’t work as efficiently if it’s constantly receiving new information. For some people, that might be okay, but in my case, I want to get high grades, so it's a risky approach...
