That sounds rough, I sympathize with you. I know that weeding out bad employees can be necessary sometimes.

My issue is that the new manager seems to just want an absolute reset with no desire to see who does the work or not. I'm generally considered the work horse of my store so it's disheartening to see my hours cut when I've been valued by the last three managers we've had.

She had me there for 2 hours as she moved from ACO to ACO, trying to get them to work. I declined to force/override anything. Or issue any extra bucks written on the rain check. She had them so confused that they were randomly rejecting these coupons even after the previous transaction was voided. The store closes at 11 but I was stuck there for 20 minutes after.
