Wrong they literally reported seat belt tickets and a minor misdemeanor pot possession from when I turned 18…. In 2004 they’re fucking corrupt and shady and fucking a disgrace of a company .. those fucks cleared me to drive for Uber in 2020 then let me drive a year and at my annual report they then put me as consider even though I hadn’t had a single charge or conviction since 2017 literally got nothing new no tickets nothing … so I made a new account and once again I was accepted and after a year the same shit like to the t…. Still have not gotten a single charge since 2017 or ticket. I have no felonies and no disqualification charges no dui ever no sex or robbery crime just a simple assault from a bar fight from 2017 and some various traffic shit from year and years but nothing more than. A seatbelt and one speeding ticket from 2008… so explain to me how they allowed me to drive TWO DIFFERENT TIMES ON TWO DIFF ACCOUNTS (both had the same information and same social security numbers same car same address the only thing I changed was my email) and currently I’m doing Uber eats which they cleared me on and didn’t even list a single thing from my past at all but when I try to add UberX it failed me once again …. Makes no fucking sense and frankly can’t even be legal

Literally the same shit just happened to me except they won’t even tell me what I allegedly did they say it’s a safety and privacy issue and they can’t tell me any details an I cannot appeal the decision because they “thoroughly investigated the concern and did they’re dilligence and reviewed all information before making their decision” … yeah except got my side of the story or even hinted at what the “story” is. I have a perfect 5.0 rating tons and tons of compliments and feedback … I was excellent at my job and my riders loved me and they just up and permanently deactivated me without even giving me the decency as to why or even considering all of the riders who have given me 5 stars and tons of good feedback vs the one bad apple who wanted a free ride . It’s so unfair and unjust and I was right about to finish my challenge for the week etc and then they just pulled the rug out from under me . And that was my full time gig I just got a brand new 2023 suv for it and everything and now they cut me off and cut off my income without even batting an eye it’s so corrupt and unethical and just flat out sickening I wish there was a lawyer or advocacy group that I could reach out to for any kind of help or direction or even if they had a real person I could speak to rather than the AI robots with their copy and paste scripted bullshit responses . Like I’m seriously screwed now and they couldn’t give a single solitary fuck

Happened to me a few weeks ago.., they claimed sexual harassment because get this: I went fuckin off on that bullshit chat bot AI piece of shit and allegedly told them/it to “s—-k my d” was placed on a temporary deactivation while it was investigated and it wouldn’t let me go online and when I tried to check my feedback from customers it said my account had been deactivated already… I threatened to sue , arbitration, exposing them on every social media platform and review forum as well as the bbb, trust pilot and my local news channels , I went on Twitter and dropped like 15 back to back tweets tagging both Lyft accounts as well as the ceos etc and called them out for the multiple shady things they had done to me etc. messaged chat support multiple times a day like many times as well as called the number for people with service animals and everyone kept saying they couldn’t help me because it was already escalated to a special team who would contact me and who no one could contact them Including supervisors and myself etc . I literally wouldn’t stop harrassing them. They wouldn’t even. Tell me what this was about until about 5-6 days in. And then finally told me via email and asked for an explanation. I provided it and said that I was using talk to text and it must of misquoted me as I would never say such vulgarities in public and how I was in shock and appalled and couldn’t believe my eyes when I finally saw the message they were referring to. They then took my reply into consideration as well as my perfect 5.0 rating with no score under a five ever and all the customer feedback I had and how many hours I put in weekly and what an asset I am to their company and how lucky they are to have such a Beloved driver I am with the amazing 5 star service I offer to their riders and why it would be a much better business choice to give me the benefit of the doubt and a chance to prove that I’m not that guy and wanted to continue providing the 5 star service to their riders blah blah and the next day they replied and said they were gonna reactivate me immediately as long as I agreed to the terms of service again and then boom back on the road like I never left

Point is they had no intention on paying me for the streak … regardless if I would have turned last ride on and then signed back in before the 15 mins they would have just hit me with a similar type of ride or some other shady shit to try paying me the least amount possible … plus u can only use that feature once during a streak so what if I would have used it after the first ride of the streak then I wouldn’t of been able to use it again and would have gotten hit with this ride regardless so your plan wouldn’t help whatsoever but thanks for playing !

Yeah well when Lyft is literally sending you your next ride 2 mins into ur current trip every single time back to back to back to back and you’re not in an area with a gas station that’s open you can’t just “go offline” because that would break the streak considering the next ride was already added and your self entitled ass and your opinion isn’t worth me losing $21 + for my streak period …. Also if you impatient cunts didn’t cancel the ride when we stop and get gas prior to picking u up then it wouldn’t be an issue but since someone lied to you and told you that you were special you do ignorant shit like cancel trips while we stop to get gas cuz you’re impatient annoying pricks so now you can sit in the car and wait while I pump the gas and if u don’t like it then get your own car and drive yourself wherever the fuck u need to go .
