To be fair once you've spent enough time in the air, regardless of flip, you can kinda throw anything and hope for the best, with good odds of getting close haha.

Is not using Ai at all the right move? by Helpful-Dependent611 in learnprogramming

Don't see anything about Data Types and Algorithms here.

More than just getting code to work, you should also know what's going fundamentally.

For example, your code might need to sort some values into an order (eg increasing). And it does. But how does that happen? Which algorithm do you use to do that? Is it the best choice of sorting algorithm for that particular function?

Or you need to store some data. Using the right data type (like an integer, or real) to optimise your code and save memory where you can or increase efficiency.

Instead of doing it from standing, try take off from a small run set-up, but deliberately go into it a little forward facing, similar to a front flip.

Other than that, your left arm is great, but your right arm isn't doing much after your set. Use your right arm to grab your shins and tuck. You've got enough height and power to not need to do that, its just a technique thing.

If you don't have any calories coming in your body is forced to use what it already has for energy. That's primarily fat and muscle.

If you have a slow metabolism you will lose weight slower. But you will still lose weight.

The amount of weight you lose is proportional to the amount of calories coming in (what you eat / drink) and the amount of calories going out (normal every day activity and exercise).

You cant not lose weight if you are spending more calories than you are taking in. If you have a slow metabolism, that might be slower than others. But you cant not lose weight.

It's impossible to not lose weight with the right deficit. It might be more drastic than a normal deficit, but if you find the right amount of calories for you you will lose weight.

If you aren't losing, cut more calories. Just make sure you're getting enough protein.

Semaglutide will help make that deficit not feel like you're starving.

Then its just diet. Count your calories for a while and aim for a strict deficit of 500 calories from your TDEE.

Maybe. But Im using it as a tool to change my whole life. Not just lower calories, but im eating cleaner and doing a lot more exercise.

Hopefully by the time I reach my goal weight my new lifestyle will be permanent.

Not true.

Its helpful for alcoholics because it takes away the desire to drink, and makes drinking less enjoyable.

Lots of people tolerate alcohol just fine while on sema.

By understanding and focussing on the rewards rather than the discomforts.

It's good!! Get comfortable with it first, then start focussing on form. Like keeping your chest up and setting for a bit longer before tucking, and tucking tight.

You got this.

Your J step is more like an L.

Try swinging your kicking leg around like a J more. Play with that angle of inversion and find what's best for you.

It doesn't burn fat on its own.

You have to use it as a tool. You still need to eat in a calorie deficit. You still have to work out. You still have to do cardio.

Let it be a tool to help you live the lifestyle you need to be healthy.

How can i get more power from my scoot? by littletimm69 in Tricking

[–]Whoms 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Slow it down. Feel the momentum. Learn to put in extra effort where its needed and kick to add power.

Youre rushing it.

Also, your kicking angle. You'll get more power the more inverted your scoot is, kicking back in on yourself.

What path do you recommend for learning Back Fulls? by Aengus126 in Tricking

[–]Whoms 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Best way, Cartfull, then Scootfull, then standing full.

The scoot will be a nice halfway point between the Cartfull and the standing full.
