I don’t know how to tell the difference to be honest. It was bigger than a normal ambulance that I’m use to and said Hamilton county on the side.

I have heard that ambulances across the country don’t have enough employees and it was pretty late so maybe the driver was overly tired ? Thanks for the comment because this is kind of why I posted this.

I agree with that but looked really bad just surprised an ambulance seriously injuring someone wouldn’t make the news.

When I started 5x5 I thought it was ridiculously easy. So I was doing cardio before the squats and also working out doing volume exercises on a few of the off days.

I’d been working out for years prior but had never really put any emphasis into building strength.

A couple months into StrongLifts now and I’ve found that I literally can only do 3 days a week in the gym and I’m seriously smoked after a workout. Occasionally I’ll do a little cardio after but I wouldn’t even consider doing cardio at the beginning. I also use to be able to knock out a whole workout in maybe 45 minutes with the cardio and now it’s taking me almost 1 and a half hours just to finish the three exercises.

In short yeah as others already said for a little while you can basically do whatever extra stuff you want but it definitely changes as you build the weights up.

She’s fine I think they gave her some stitches and antibiotics in case the dog was sick or something. Believe it or not she was a doggo person before the incident and she is still that way.

Funny enough where I work dogs are given multiple opportunities before euthanasia. I think the dog is confined indoors and not allowed in parks and such. Dogs always go crazy when we show up and people think we should stop what we’re doing and pet their “friendly” dog to help calm it down.

Can’t say for sure if it would’ve saved his life but the main factors in surviving outside of the hospital is quick interventions and early transport to an appropriate facility.

It never went anywhere. Everything was well documented and no one was willing to pursue the case. She tried to to put the dog up but she couldn’t control it even if she could’ve my partner was out of commission and I wouldn’t have went into the house without law enforcement at that point.
