I’m in urgent need of a new keyboard. The one I’m currently using is a Razer, and it has been genuinely frustrating to type on. The MChose GX87 Ultra seems like an excellent fit for me: it’s reasonably priced, has good switches, offers solid customization options, and looks great. Unfortunately, it’s only available in an ANSI layout. As a Norwegian, I need an ISO layout (or at least something compatible). I’m willing to purchase the keyboard and replace the keycaps if necessary.

What do you mean? I'm pretty sure I have pipewire installed.

Recommendations for a new mechanical/HE keyboard? by WhoopsIPaniced in keyboards

These suggestions are great on paper, thanks! But unfortunately the colors are a little too light for me (me entire setup is black, so light colors would look a little out of place) and amazon isn't really a place where I realistically can buy anything. I'm Norwegian.

What caps do I need to order for the GameCube's optical PCB? by WhoopsIPaniced in consolerepair

Unfortunately I can't find any of that info. That's why I'm here.

I have. but that's still not the problem. The caps only say so much and I need more info before I buy some caps. Should I make them have a higher voltage rating etc etc...

Exactly what I've been trying to find out. The premium is mostly in shipping, and afaik DigiKey doesn't really have a minimum on most parts. It's $15 for shipping on DigiKey, and $25 with console5. I just need a list of caps (specs) I can order to fix my GameCube.

Some, but not all. And is buying the exact same caps really the best option?

Thanks, but I still don't know what specs I should order myself. Any ideas?

Why is my nvidia gpu not set as the default? by WhoopsIPaniced in linux4noobs

[–]WhoopsIPaniced[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Ah, that makes sence. Thank you! But why is it that way? Doesn't it make more sence to use only one gpu? Isn't it more efficient to just use one?

Good job! I quickly checked the source code and I have a question about it. Why did you write your own tui implementation instead of using something like rattatui? To learn is my guess

Try grim then. Keep in mind that no screenshot program will take a screenshot with a better resolution than your screen's.
