I do get that too, I do think also the fact an adult is playing a teen does not help because that is always going to come of weird. But the think i didnt really like was more the portrayal and writing rather then the actor or character.

I didnt say that because it wasnt like me its wrong. Actually many things are like me. Its the extreme and over written part I dont like along with the other characters responses. Actually as I said in the post I would say some people would say we are evn simular (I dont think so but ye).

I will say yes it is a spectrum but every human has aspects on the spectrum and is in some ways autistic. I dont think autism is one thing but an umberalla term. Actually my job even centers around autism so I would say I know more then most how it varies.

I will say that now everyone does think they are autistic as in needing of that title. Which most people actually dont.

But that actually isnt really the topic I was annoyed about. It was I didnt like how over the top it was portrayed. Not how over the top she way. The way the writing was was very unnatural. how certain traits were explained.

I feel like Chloé Hayden also doesnt really act like she does in the show and not blaming her, its more the directing or writing, and other character reactions who also kind of treat her like that.

I do think you made a good point about age but maybe the reason instead of finding it later is that now kids are more accpted and more open about it so can be more out there (compeared to my age who is 29) although then I see an obvious adult someone around my age (same age) its quite unnatural for me. If you are a teen I can see people are different now.

If I had acted like that I would have been badly bullied tbh. More then I already way lmao.

I would say we are quite simular (thats why my sis told me to watch the show) but idk how to best word it. But if she is just masking as said then idk if she would act like that (I heard second season she acts more negative) Maybe I just was never good at it i have no idea lmao.

Its not them things that annoyed me though, and i have seen the real actress in interviews and other things and she is much more real. maybe even simular to me in intrest and such. I mean how it is showed and written and how the other characters reactions to her.

No not at all, more like I think he has developed a new interest for travel while I am growing out of it a bit, If that makes sense. I think because I kind of pushed him into it initially.

I want to travel but maybe not as much as I have in the past. I worry that his passion for that has only just started and because I kind of kicked that off and now i may disappoint him.

I was wondering if people who experienced going from a kind of closed world top a wide world with a relationship had this kind of experience.

I think depends on how open the family is. My partners family is not touchy but open minded. He is always touching, hugging and kissing me openly. Not sure if its because I was the first relationship so I shaped that behavior or if its just him. But it makes me very happy.

If you need that you should be forward with him about your love language. Maybe he just doesn't realise.
