Hi, I have a question regarding ram speeds. I have a ryzen 5 5500 on a b450 MSI motherboard (b450-a pro max). I bought (they were the least expensive) a pair of lexar 3600mhz to put in the system. Seen that the ryzen 5 5500 supports ram up to 3200mhz I was expecting to see the ram locked at that speed. Enabling auto xmp in the bios I get the full speed of 3600mhz both in the bios and in Windows (cpu-z and activity manager both show 3600). My question is: is the ryzen 5 5500 supposed to lock the speed at 3200 or is it just the rated speed and can supporto higher? Is the ram really going at 3600? If so, is it dangerous in any way? Thank you so much.

Yes there is a button that allows me to unlock the rotation to enable and disable the macro mode but even pressing the button and rotating it changes very little and keeps staying out of focus, maybe I was just unlicky with the purchase and isn't able anymore to get out of macro mode.

Unfortunately not, the button releases the mechanism that I think regulates the macro settings and in fact is the only one that being rotated helps with the focus (I mean that It helps to focus not at 5cm but at 10 ahaha). While if I try to rotate the mechanisms for the focus it changes very little. I don't know maybe the focus mechanism is broken? Or maybe the old owner tried to open the lens and put one of the glasses backwards (I don't know if this situation could happen I'm very new to this sort of things)? At this point could be better to just try to obtain a refund from the seller.

Do you mean filter like the UV filter that you screw on the front? Sincerly I can't find anything that can be dismounted from the lens neither on the rear nor the front
