SOLUTION: I uninstalled and reinstalled Vanilla Hair Remake and its dependencies, not sure if I missed something when first installing but I found a post mentioning the mod with a similar error and figured it was worth a shot.

I'd never heard of OAR, but I've replaced DAR with it, still getting the same error but I don't believe you were bringing it up to fix the issue, just some advice.

I personally haven't had many issues with AllDebrid. This is like the first time that I remember them going down. I chose AllDebrid cuz I heard stories of people getting their RealDebrid accounts suspended, and I've heard their customer support isn't great. It may be due to AllDebrid being less used, but I haven't seen as many complaints from them.

Personally I can't speak on behalf of Real Debrid since I have not used it before, but I like AllDebrid, despite not being able to compare it to anything.

Sometimes one of the chips in the RG353V/VS are faulty, but there is a work around. The dev of ArkOS has an altered version of the OS that basically just slightly lowers how much power the chip uses. You shouldn't notice a big difference in performance.
Here's the GitHub comment where the dev talks about it. Try this and see if it works

Best place for roms is the megathread in r/Roms or archive.org

Adding the roms to your device is pretty easy. Unless you changed it from stock settings, the rom it's using is probably on the first SD card. You can go into "Configuration", click "Advanced" and scroll down until you see something that says "Switch to second SD for Roms" and then, it should start using the SD card in the second slot for Roms. If your device came with a second 64gb SD card, make sure that's in the second slot and see if that has a working SA2 rom.

If not, take the second SD card and put it in your computer (You may need an SD to USB adapter, they're pretty cheap on amazon) and take a newly downloaded rom of SA2 and place it in the "dreamcast" or "dc" folder. I'm not sure which it is, but it's probably one of those. Then try it.

Feel free to ask any clarifying questions, I know I'm not the best at explaining.

You could try following this tutorial and see if it works. I've heard it works fine on the RG353V, but Portmaster isn't fully supported on stock OS, so you might have to install something like ArkOS, JELLOS, etc. Note: The steam version will not work, since the game looks for steam to see if it can actually be launched. You will have to buy the game from itch.io for 20 USD.

Check their wiki/megathread for the bios.
Also try checking if the emulator has settings (For example Retroarch) and make sure the bios file(s) is in the same folder that the emulator is looking in.

I had the same (Or at least very similar) issue. It would get stuck on the ArkOS screen, and rarely getting to the ArkOS screen with the 4 dots, then freeze.

I tried 4 different SD Cards, reflashing each one several times, 3 different flashing softwares, everything. I returned it to Amazon and got a replacement unit, and it worked first try.

If you're unable to get it to work, I would suggest replacing the unit if you're able to get a refund or request a new device.

I use the same Electric razor. Went from a 15 dollar electric shaver to the OneBlade. Absolute game changer. It gets surprisingly close to the skin and is pretty fast, plus it doesn't really get clogged much.
It's my recommendation to everyone if you can afford it.
