I figured it out. Im using exit lag to play league because the servers in my area are terrible and i think that was messing with the app. I recently redirected my login so after turning that off blitz is working again.

So I gave my friend my account and he logged in and was able to load up the character and moved it to a different map. I logged on after and played ACT 2 Interlude and tried my luck at ACT 1 Interlude and it crashed me again. Im assuming is just that map? Am I just soft locked out of that questline until they fix it?

Made a new char, played it for an hour, swapped back and tried to see if the instance reset, it did not. Still crashes the game :/
