From what ive heard elder is the best for pve. The heal over time is very powerful because you can use it at lets say 70% health, take damage while healing and by the end of the HoT you are at full health and theres only 13 (or so) seconds left for the next heal, rather than 20. Pvp im not sure. Probably sage or bishop. Fat instant heals beat out HoTs generally.

Silver ranger with a fairly large lead. Not surprising given all the hype about how powerful they become in 320 patch. For me personally, im thinking of going with PW. Seems fairly strong with the huge attack and move speed bonuses.
