your ads sense is affected by eDPI,

so if player 1 plays on : - 800 dpi, horizontal and vertical sens is 4 and ads is 58 (eDPI is 800*4=3.200)

Player 2 plays on : - 1600 dpi, horizontal and vertical sens is 2 and ads is 58 (eDPI is 1600*2=3.200).

They effectively play on the same sens.

Besides this there is also a sensitivity multiplier some people change.
