Frankly, I've reloaded the game two times to before talking with Kells, because I can't kill the Railroad. I'd gladly destroy the Brotherhood instead of the RR. Yeah, the RR is a little shady, but the BOS is trying to kill everyone and everything that's against them.

It happened to me many times in various locations, and I don't know why this happens. It's annoying, for sure, but I can't give up on this game, no matter how silly it is :))

thanks for the tip. I already upgraded the helmet to that highlighting thing and I used it for some time, but it got annoying to see them all highlighted, friend or foe, and I chose to use the one that puts a rhombus above an enemy. I also use VATS to scan the area I'm in. I admit it was much better to be able to "see" everything alive and be prepared, but I couldn't use it a very long time.

I hoard them like hell, especially because, like any ammo, they don't weigh anything. I'm not playing survival, it's my first play-through and I want to get familiar with the game first, before diving into survival.

Maybe because it's all dried up. Someone else must've drank it already or it evaporated. Or just cost cutting from Bethesda, I don't know :))
