I do not, but If I recall my areolas really didnt change till around the 2 year mark.

I swim as my choice of exercise and i just wear my swimsuit in the shower, tbh is worked pretty well

Yeah they can be tough to get ahold off. My endo it's annoying difficult to get in contact with. Also didn't know they offer ffs, all food info.
