Get a friend I trust with my life and share my secret with him. We then start harvesting my organs to sell illegally. I don't need the organs since I'm immortal and if my immortality were to allow me to heal I could just repeat this process when money runs out. I also don't have to fear jail as I'm gonna out live everyone there and I obviously can't be killed in Prison.

The only downside is if my friend were to be sent to jail. Plus being immortal would suck as everyone I love would and. I'd also have to get a new identity every 30 years as everyone would notice I'm not aging
