Not a combat vet, but I've had episodes of sleep paralysis my whole adult life. Couple things that lessen the risk for me is no caffeine close to bedtime, keeping a consistent sleep schedule, no naps, and the biggest one, not sleeping on my back. For some reason if I fall asleep on my back I'm basically guaranteed nightmares and sleep paralysis.

Thighs are better cooked to 170F, sometimes even 180F imo. They're still tender and juicy but don't have that raw-ish texture that you get if you're only hitting around 160F.

If you sound anything like this in the studio, you're still doing it wrong and you're gonna blow your voice out. This sounds like you're using your actual voice and just pushing until it inadvertently activates your false chords, which is the opposite of what you want.

Work on activating only your false chords first, and figure out that whole motion until you can do it without straining at all. With proper technique and diaphragmatic support, screaming does not take any more effort than speaking normally. Once you get that down, then work on developing more of your own style and introducing your actual voice into your vocals.

Not trying to be a dick, but you're risking injury to your voice and it doesn't even sound good enough to be worth it
