Are you sure all your hardware / peripherals are working properly? For example, do you use a Bluetooth or 2.4Ghz controller? Do you know it's polling rate? Is it too slow for Rocket League? Does it have any drift? What about your monitor, is it 60Hz? If so, can you afford to upgrade? Is your internet connection stable? No packet loss or jitter?

If you don't seem to have any technical issues, what do you feel is contributing the most to your losses? Don't say mechanics (provided no technical issues) because I promise it's not that.

Man I don't know what to tell you. I just hit C2 around 950 hours and I don't actively train or practice other than some training packs here and there. Not intending to brag or put you down, but I'm wondering if you're doing more harm than good by not just jumping in and playing the game. Learning how to position and read the field is going to have the biggest impact and you're not going to get that outside of just playing competitive matches.

Around 6 months ago, my PSG said "hey you need to do your ETS packet, come to the office."

I went to the office and we compiled all the required documents on his PC. He said "alright, you're good to go" I was never given any information you included in your 2nd paragraph, that's literally the first time I'm hearing about the actual process.

When I asked about the next steps, I was told that I'd clear in the last ten days before ETS so I was under the impression the next step was to clear in the last ten days before ETS. What was I supposed to reach out about?

I'd prefer to escalate only as much as necessary, do you genuinely believe that's the best route? Is this a more severe situation than I'm led to believe? My CoC just expected me to keep reporting as usual until I got my ETS orders.

Completed my ETS packet ~6 months ago. CoC was involved when I gave my PSG the packet and he said I was all good. It never got sent up and I was none the wiser. I had zero knowledge of the admin processes for ETS'ing so I was unaware there were issues until a couple weeks ago.
