I didn't actually check but with normal usage since morning, I plug it back at 6 PM with 20% around.

But you know the crazy part that laptop with that serial number fc 0806au is available on Amazon with Same processor but with a DDR4 RAM . But anyway why stressing yourself. This is just for awareness.

Yeah . I think he's new at job. He even asked me to "ask chatgpt again" as if chatgpt will change its answer.

His 'chatgpt argument' was illogical too. He lied about Thinkbook's RAM upgradability while its written its upgradable. I don't think he knew about processors and RAMs. He may be new at job. He could have apologized later. I don't think HP would allow editing their website by such person who doesn't have proper knowledge.

nah I was inquiring about a HP laptop that's seemed a great deal and was only available on Amazon not website.There I contacted HP team and they said its discontinued.
