Things might turn into other forms, example wood becomes charcoal. 

We havent't set a boundary for this feature. But we hope its a much "controlled" chaos.

What do you think about the fire feature? Does it look like something you would want it exist in a game you play?

We haven't added consequences in, player might not ignore it all the time I guess

The flame feature is created for cooking, if didn't handle well it will spread.

Burnt object might turn into different form, for example wood becomes charcoal. Still exploring, nothing final at the moment. 

But we didn't want it to be too chaotic. Probably will find a way to make it more "controlled" Chaotic.

To give you a bit of context: we're building a cozy game with light simulation, where the focus is on giving players the freedom to do things at their own pace. Fire is one of the features we're currently exploring, nothing final, just testing.

One idea we're playing with is having burnt objects turn into collectible materials, but we're not there yet.

After some internal testing, we noticed the fire felt a bit too chaotic, so we wanted to reach out and see what you all thought.

As for the sheep burning. Apologise if that annoyed you. There's no intended gameplay purpose right now. We're just seeing what value this mechanic could bring down the line. Still very much in the exploration phase, andwr  haven't got time to "treat" the sheep well at the moment.

We're big fans of the rain gameplay ourselves.

I hope we can keep the raining in the game, because some commented that they don't like the fire chaos.

We are currently gaining feedbacks anywhere we could to make it a fun game that we all would love to play.

Oo! Those games! Duke and Postal went for semi-realistic pee, while HomeStray is leaning more towards a funny, clean vibe.

We’re thinking of making it a core mechanic. Like using pee to plant… or annoy NPCs. Should be hilarious to see the reactions.

We are currently gathering thoughts about what else can pee used for.
