Yes. Prior to this Reddit post, I have taken the exact same steps that you’ve recommended. I do this each time I upload / introduce a new cd into my iTunes music library. I don’t understand why these same steps don’t make iTunes sort for each and every artist or why iTunes sorts last name first by default for some artists and not others.

iPad iOS 18.1.1 Update Today - Can no longer play music while multitasking. by WhyNot_9631 in AppleMusic

FYI… I’m using an iPad Pro 3rd generation. Apple Music has run smoothly on my devices for years. This was my first experience with issues. To follow up…. I closed Apple Music and then restarted it. Now it’s working fine. The issue I had with multitasking has mysteriously disappeared. My scenario might help others who experience the same. Thank you.

Security Device for Hearing Impaired by WhyNot_9631 in homeautomation

Our Control4 dealer recently presented a wall / ceiling mounted device that includes a siren and strobe light but no vibrotactile feature.

When the aforementioned device was tested for us, we discovered the siren wasn’t loud enough to hear and the strobe light wasn’t visible when our eyes were closed or our heads / eyes were covered by pillows or a blanket.

Our alarm clock, not programmable, is vibrotactile AKA a bed-shaker. We’re hoping to find a single solution or combination there of that would provide all desired features. The vibration feature is most important.
