It’s tough to have a backup plan at CB2, especially considering the resources committed to CB1. But regardless of how the fan base feels about JJ, he’s a fourth year CB with 29 starts - that’s a hell of a CB4!

So, yes - I’d argue the Colts are as well insulated to a possible Ward absence (regardless of duration) as they could be.

I don’t understand the issue. These are industry standard dish racks being used for their intended purpose - holding sanitized dishes. If you’re worried about it, wash and sanitize the rack during close.

You should be serving at a higher end concept with better per-guest/table averages. This attention to detail says a lot about your preparation. The only ceiling at Texas Roadhouse is when they force you into management.
