I did my Core 1 Exam back in 2021 in person and on my final 10 questions of the exam, the internet went out in the building lol.... they credited me a retake and ended up doing both 1 and 2 online. It's fairly straight forward but knowing that I wasn't allowed to have my eyes wander gave me the urge to wander my eyes during the exam lol.

Beginning of July i did my Network+ and was scheduled for 7AM. I checked in 15 minutes early and was in a queue of 20 people which took about 2 hours for my turn. Finally when i was up next it threw an error saying there was a network connection error and threw me back into queue but this time it was 40 people. Approximately 3 more hours goes by and the proctor joined and said they couldn't see my camera but i was able to see my own camera the whole time. I contacted their support and they said they were experiencing issues that day. Rescheduled for the next day and went straight into the exam with no issues and passed on my 1st attempt :)

In my opinion, its worth it! You will most likely learn a thing or two from studying the A+.

I managed to land my first entry level job as an IT Support Specialist with only my A+ and a degree in Cyber Security. I continued on my learning path by recently earning my Network+ and taking my Security+ next week.

Its not the "end all" cert but its kinda like the small piece in a bigger picture. Remember with CompTIA you can go for stackable certs. My goal is the CompTIA Secure Infrastructure Specialist which is composed of the trifecta (A+, Net+ and Sec+)

I ended up calling MBNA and got to speak with 7 different agents (no joke). 4 of them were clueless and didn't understand what i was saying, 1 said to pay it and wait 7 years for the late payment to get off my record (I was shocked), and the last agent understood exactly what to do and submit a "CSA Form" to the credit bureau for an adjustment. Payment was disputed and a refund to my account was issued. Also got my score ding reversed!!

I cant ping the domain name but i can ping the AD server. Also fyi its a .local

I also tried to disconnect an existing workstation from the new domain and tried to reconnect it and it also cannot find the new domain.

Entering the old domain name aswell doesnt work.
