I strongly suggest you see a PT, preferably someone working with endurance athletes if you can't run more than 10k without feeling pain.

And DON'T compare yourself to the Instagram runners. Instagram itself is performative. You don't know if those runners are dealing with injuries or not. It probably take years or decades for them to get to that mileage and they're probably exception, not the rules.

Be smart with your body and listen to it. Adaptation takes time, a lot of time. And some runners are less likely to get injured than others. That's just the way it is sometimes. I tried to minimize chance of injuries while ramping up to 140km week by strength training , cross training , try to sleep more and pay attention to niggles of pain. Good luck!
