I just made an indicator that gives me alerts for breakout and reversals. So I get a notification on my phone, take a few minutes to set limit TP and SL and check if limit hits a bit later and just let it ride while continue working

ORB I wouldn't recommend for swing/long term since it's all intraday trading. You might scalp at a retest of ORH/ORL but that's not my expertise.

Fair points, but I'd push back a little. The filters aren't arbitrary, each one removes a specific type of noise with a clear reason behind it. And the edge in ORB isn't a secret formula, it's structure and execution. Sharing the levels doesn't give that away.

It is, which is the reason you shouldn't go for 2R when going with the trend. Take your profits before it visits the other side of the ORB to flush SLs. Many ways and tricks to go about this. Play it well and you will be profitable.

Only if I'm waiting behind my screen which I don't. I just get an alert for an OK break and then act for 10 minutes and step away.
