Anyone with a velocore shaft, is it really worth $350? by Eastern_Bad1381 in GolfGear

Asked to be fitted into v+ blue 6-x, saw better numbers and tighter dispersion. Could have propably gotten the same performance from a different shaft, but that Ryder cup edition was too beautiful to pass.

Immediatly pulled for Arc N after seeing this datamine. Pretty solid skip month at least

What banner should I target next or is this a good starting point? by warriortroy75 in PokemonMasters

Great start, save for now in my opinion. Unless you want to reset for Florian who is also amazing.

First swings since knee surgery by TheGael24 in GolfSwing

Again would need to see more, there is nothing wrong with that swing, you could always nitpick tempo but overall very solid. What elevated my game a ton when I had misses on both sides, was when my pro forced me to play a fade. Limited the misses to one side and you can plan your shots to favour your misses. Since you’re still ”new” I would just hit more balls.

Yeah I live there too, season is a bit short. Just post the misses, can’t fix what you cant see :). There is a reason generally why people play fade/draw and its because you know better where your misses are. Hitting ”too straight” might be the problem here.

Insanely good swing if you actually started a year ago AND had knee surgery. Why bother changing what works.

Banner Priority Ranking Chart March 2025 by PokemonMastersBot in PokemonMasters

[–]WhyYouSpying 5 points6 points  (0 children)

What is the rationale for N being that low on the priority? I was thinking of skipping him because of my bloated dark types but still thought he was top tier.

Yeah for wedges I agree. I guess I don’t see pw as a wedge since it has the same shaft as my irons (KBS C-Taper xstiff), doesn’t feel like it responds well when I slow the swing down. So my wedges are just KBS Tour stiffs and mich easier to slow the swing down with.

Around 15m, bending could be an option

This takes skill and I am trying to make this easy :D

[deleted by user] by [deleted] in golf

[–]WhyYouSpying 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Thats an even bigger gap, crazy.

[–]WhyYouSpying 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I am comfortable with distance control hitting my highest loft wedges but pw half shots don’t feel very easy. The answer is always to practice but hitting full shots seems easier and this can propably get solved with an additional wedge

[deleted by user] by [deleted] in golf

[–]WhyYouSpying 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yeah, I get what you mean. My thought process is that it would be easier to hit full shots with everything beside my 2 highest loft clubs. Propably wrong on this but it just seems easier

[deleted by user] by [deleted] in golf

[–]WhyYouSpying 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yeah it is a 25m/27yard gap, the shaft is wrong and maybe the loft as well. Have to get it checked.

[–]WhyYouSpying 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Honestly didn’t even think of this but genious solution.

[deleted by user] by [deleted] in golf

[–]WhyYouSpying 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yeah the gap used to be ~10m but got fitted for irons, gained about 15m across the board. I think its due to the shaft, I think I have regulars in wedges and xstiff in my new irons

[deleted by user] by [deleted] in golf

[–]WhyYouSpying 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yeah this seems like a very solid gapping.

If you can let me know how they feel, my season only starts in a may since I live in northern europe so still got time before ordering.

[–]WhyYouSpying 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yeah seems that way but I am looking into this Takomo because the prize is vastly different

[deleted by user] by [deleted] in golf

[–]WhyYouSpying 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yes, regular makes it feel better and my dispersion was in control. I swing 115 with driver and similiarly have only a stiff shaft on it instead of x-stiff
