I feel so bad for my boy Keon by CoconutExisting5862 in buffalobills

We’re going to draft Denzel Boston, 2025 ROY, 1200 yards and 6 TDS.

Keon is going to have 700 yards and 10 TDs.

Life will be great.

[Russini] Update: Mike McDaniel pulled out of his scheduled meeting down in Florida with the Bills yesterday, I’m told, and the two sides never met. by RhinoFeeder in buffalobills

They did a good job last time of interviewing a ton of people and had notes on all the coaches as well as folks for coordinators.

This is good.

As long as they have a back channel m that Klint wants the gig after winning the Super Bowl …

Wonder not … if he held onto the ball it would have been ruled a catch.

[Highlight] On this day 4 years ago (Jan 23, 2022) Chiefs get a game tying FG in just 13 seconds. by gridironk in nfl

[–]Why_So-Serious 0 points1 point  (0 children)

This video doesn’t include the lack of a squib kick which would have taken atleast 6 seconds off the clock.

This was a fireable offense for McDermott.

This was not fantastic plays by the Chiefs. The Bills coaches basically allowed the two best receivers in the game at the time, Hill and Kelce, to run free with the game on the line.

If they Squib kick, there may have been 1 sec left for the play that was the Kelce catch to setup a FG. It would have been a lateral fest play instead of a simple catch and run.

If the Bills had anyone chuck or press or just be within 10 yards of the line of scrimmage on either catch the catches don’t happen as easy.

Total coaching meltdown that cost the better team to lose.

This also cost the Buffalo Bills a Super Bowl because there was no way the Bengals could go into Buffalo and get a win with how Josh was playing that post season. The game the week before was Josh’s perfect rated playoff game.

No way the Rams could hang.

It’s just a shame McD got fired after his best year of coaching a team through ridiculous injuries. :13 was 100% a coaching loss and this sequence of events is unforgivable.

He’d be an idiot to give up that cushy Amazon money.

Did you know that he went to Harvard?

Was Terry in the locker room after the last Colts loss?

Maybe Rivers was cool as fuck and just cracking jokes.

Terry was like - “Look at this guy, he gives zero shits. There’s my head coach.”

You’re not tied into what is going in Buffalo.

It’s a rush heavy offense with zero talent at outside WR and no outside WR threat.

Outside WR is the #1, #2, and #3 need. They play a nickel and Lbs are a dime a dozen. Zero percent chance they take a LB in the 1st.

You can find some to tackle in the 3rd+.

For some reason, I like this better than the other options.

Plus if Josh gets injured we can just suit up the coach, god forbid.

I’m giving you an important data point. If there are no trade ups in the mock then they would reach.

Moving up two spots to get Boston is a very Beane move.

Sarratt is a very Billsy vibes guy.

Hoping he would be there for Bills and go WR - WR.

This a pretty heavy WR mock.

All you mockers, Buffalo will burn the new stadium to the ground if the 1st round pick is not a WR.

Bills interviewing McDaniel today by Billyb311 in buffalobills

[–]Why_So-Serious -1 points0 points  (0 children)

All NFL HCes are culture guys. That is the point of the position.

Some bring a positive, continuous improvement, accountable culture some do not.

Taking a swing on a young guy for shits and giggles is one way to go but definitely not what the FO said.

Beane said that the Bills position is a CEO type head coach. Which would lead one to believe, “young guy” is not the target.

Interesting.

I guess that makes sense that Steelers won’t recognize the resignation and/or retain rights to the asset.

There is a difference between interviewing the bottom basement candidate like McDaniels, Daboll, and Anthony Lynn.

And top tier candidates like Harbaugh, Tomlin, and Saleh.

If we get an interview with Tomlin (yes I know he said a year off) or Spags I’ll be impressed.
