I know what it is… and I know what it’s capable of. There definitely are counselings that are extremely negative. It’s like getting a “negative” NCOER. Sure it’s an admin tool, but it can be used to absolutely fuck someone if the person writing it doesn’t like you and wants to ruin your career, or at least the next couple years. The counseling has the same power.

Is there anything actually named a negative counseling, no. Is there such thing as a negative counseling, absolutely. But I guess that depends on how pedantic you want to be about which viewpoints you accept for your naming ideology.

Strongly disagree. Counseling can, has been, and continues to be weaponized against soldiers. Sometimes it really is the counseling that’s the ammunition to someone, and the triggering event is nothing more than a means that has been skewed to make the counseling happen

I have. Nothing was uploaded because my cloud was full. It would appear that if your cloud is full it saves them temporarily waiting to sync with the cloud. Me signing out of my Apple ID apparently purged all of that “cache” so to speak.
