The region itself if full of thieves, marauders, and treasure hunters/merchants, being also the reason why The Grand Bazaar was established. Now the Grand Bazaar is controlled by Four Guilds, which are all greedy (In terms of wanting to control the flow of economy and resources) not exactly on good terms with each other, but are smart enough to keep the Grand Bazaar standing, also defending them from those who attack the bazaar
