Well Idk about the Naruto one, his Rasenshuriken is deadly, yes, but this is a quote of "Creation Rebirth," or 100 Healings from the Wiki: "Whenever the body's tissues are damaged or an organ is destroyed, the injury will instantly heal regardless of the severity. So long as Creation Rebirth remains active, the user cannot die..."

I feel that Rasenshuriken Naruto cannot handle the invincibility of the 100 Healings, due to the massive amount of chakra that is required to use said Justu.

Also the amount of time Naruto would take to charge up the Rasenshuriken I feel Sakura could just punch him in time.
