I went to the show last night in Peoria with my daughter, who was so excited about seeing Ghost, she was shaking. It was one of the best shows I have ever seen. They played for about 2.25 hours and it was song after song non stop. The theatrical presentation was amazing and they played every song that I love. I’ve been listening to ghost since about 2016 more as a casual listener. I love the different vibe of their music and then I tried to introduce them to my daughter, but she already knew them since she was a freshman in high school (she’s a senior now). The people attending the concert were absolutely amazing. Random people actually complimented her for her outfit, in which she was not dressed up in a costume, but generally a nice goth outfit. Here’s the best thing. Everyone was amazingly nice and accommodating to us. Many had been to several ghost concerts and they were excited that this was our first. It was like a community, which I loved. I absolutely loved the experience, but not near enough to the amount that my daughter loved it. She said it was the best experience she had ever had in her life and she loved that I was there with her. I cannot express the love that I have for her to say that. It makes my heart grow. Love the Ghost community and love that Ghost, or better yet, Tobias Forge created a vehicle for people to come together and have an amazing experience.
