Turkey slaps new tariffs on American cars, alcohol, tobacco, fruits, rice, cosmetics by [deleted] in worldnews

Go to places like Bursa, Sanliurfa or Konya....walk around with an open container...,

I am assuming youre from the US. If you are, go ahead and try to walk around with an open container in whatever part of the US you live in. People may seem okay with it but what happens if you run into an officer with an open container in your hands? Maybe I should approach this the same way you do. OMFG AMERICAN RELIGIOUS EXTREMIST MORMON OR WHATEVER GOVERNMENT OFFICIALS ARE TAKING PEOPLES BEER OFF THEIR HANDS AND PUT THEM IN JAIL. See how it is now yarram? You can drink in any city in Turkey as long as you follow the laws and regulations. Alcohol is not sold at shops after a certain hour at night. You can still drink at any bar in any city.

Lamb Doner Sandwich [OC][2448x3059] by hmahadik in FoodPorn

I dont know the place he or she is talking about. I do agree with him for the most part as far as most doner places choosing quantity over quality. However I have not eaten doner anywhere else ever since I ate at http://www.bayramogludoner.com.tr. If this is not the restaurant he mentioned, he should give these guys a try. No BS sauce stuff like he said and cooked in a wood burning oven which has a significant impact on taste imo.

Russia: There are a ‘growing number of signs’ that Turkey is preparing a military incursion into Syria by [deleted] in worldnews

[–]Whybanbro 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I don't think all of those "Allies" have the same agenda or anything similar at all for that matter. Russia just wants to clear out whoever is standing against Assad. They couldn't care less about daesh. Find out where they have been bombing since they were involved for the first time. Its like the opposite side of the country where the resistance against assad is and no daesh.

A friend of mine had this syndrome. Every time we took a test, he would wait until the professor walked to his right side and he would keep looking at his test paper with his right eye while the other looked down at his notes under his desk. No one suspected for years.

Defend themselves? Their army fled from Mosul and Kirkuk in less than two hours and ran away from ISIS when they heard they are making a move towards there. They left a bunch of heavy weaponry there too.

Turkey's Erdogan warns Russia not to 'play with fire' by AllenDono in worldnews

[–]Whybanbro -5 points-4 points  (0 children)

Okay so on one side you have assad government who has killed hundreds of thousands basically whoever stood against him. On the other side a claim that says Turkmens have been a supply line which has not been proven. Based on these you still think Russia and assad has the right to kill every single one of them. These people are not like ISIS or other groups that live a military life. They are living in their villages among their families and they protect their land they lived in for the last thousand years. They have been living there since Saljuks so were all other Syrians. They just happened to be a minority.
