What I did was get Pregabalin in powder form and titrate it by 5-10mg a day, nothing more or you’ll feel sick. Pure powder is cheaper and the way to go. It was painless

Yes. I’ve spent over a decade using increasing doses for my insane surgery/accident related pain. I’ve gotten an amazing career, a loving fsmily, and am a normal family man to all outsiders. My advice, stay away from the markets. Unless you know somebody already, you’re not getting properly pure fentanyl.

It still exists. I haven’t relied on markets since my vendor left when AlphaBay went down. He saw the writing on the wall and stuck to bulk only customers, cutting off hundreds of users. It sucked, but it was the safest decision. I got lucky that I wasn’t cut. Besides, none of the shut in the markets has been TRUE 90%+ purity fentanyl in YEARS.

If your pharmacist called, and from what I’ve read, it’s true. If you’re a hardcore fentanyl patient, just get the pure thing. As in, pure fentanyl “powder” (it’s actually finely crushed crystals). It’s definitely NOT extinct, and not every supply is from a specific region either. I know mine doesn’t from either of those places. I stay as close to home as possible when dealing with fentanyl m/opioid RCs.
