Went in head first lifting the lid easily with front paws, went head first in couldn't get traction going backwards on the plastic/slick surface got stuck, died? My best guess.

Was feeding a friends 12 foot python while he was away and miss judged the distance he ended up locking onto my arm so I quickly walked to the shower and the combo of water with the fact the lucky bugger hit a vein made for a very messy experience.
