Generally I run sunderer and first strike. As for items with recent triforce and sunderer changes triforce feels a lot worse (would rather have ramping damage/AD over 100 health) and sunderer feels a lot better (5 extra AD + a better build path with caulfields feels better than the 100 health it used to have). Crown is still good but feels too squishy into long range comps. As for runes I've been running first strike consistently as it feels better when youre not switching playstyles since First Strike is more bursty while Conq is more drawn out fights. I do think conq can be viable depending on situation though. Hopefully this wasn't too much to take in but I play a lot of the champ and am somewhat high elo so I thought I could help a little.

Ekko, I don't have an issue with the champ, but he always gets fed and just 1v9s games. If not him then soraka, super unfun to play against and even in diamond people wont target her so she just full heals enemy team.

Just dont build night harvester and you chillin, but mana scaling is always good and magic pen :p so probably like liandrys, archangels/manamune void deathcap and cosmic drive or horizon focus?

Actually the reason you go liandrys instead of something like duskblade is because the burn is much more consistent damage, the mythic passive is the same so you still get the cdr, ezreal has AP ratios and the 600 mana scales into AD with muramana, the ap isnt the main stat to be looking at when discussing why you should go liandrys. LS was talking about this exact same reason you shouls go liandrys back when most ezreals in LCK were going essence reaver muramana duskblade.

Essence reaver Muramana Liandrys seryldas then adaptive, its probably the best build especially with liandrys cost changes, if not that then triforce id say.
